Job applications peak at Tuesday lunchtime |

According to a new study, it seems that if you’re looking for a career change in the New Year the most popular time to apply is Tuesday lunchtime.
The report stated that most firms placed their openings on the Reed website on a Friday with the view that people hunted for jobs at the weekend. However, Reed Employment said that 20% of job seekers sent off their CV in a search for that ideal post at 1pm on Tuesday. The analysis of 2.5 million job hunters also found that November was the busiest month of the year for job appointments.
